Wahoo! An award for me!

Hooray! I'm so happy.  I've only been blogging regularly here at OMH for a few months and I received my first award from Kenzie at 9 o' clock dance of joy on Thursday. It really encourages me to keep coming up with new ideas and motivates me to get up each day and get my bum in gear!  Thanks so much Kenzie! Isn't 9'o clock dance of joy so clever? You know you do that dance of JOY when the kids finally go bed.  I told Kenzie a while back, during the dishing it party, that my dance is called "FREEDOM". I come running down the stairs and fly across the floor in my stocking feet with my hands in the air and sing "FREEEEEDOM" to my husband. Anyway  remember to check out Kenzie's blog 9'o clock dance of joy, so cute!

As part of the rules for receiving the award I had to pick other wonderfully talented bloggers to get it too. I tried really hard to find blogs that didn't have a million followers, but still had cool ideas, inspired me, made me feel happy or brought a little ray of sunshine my way. I didn't pick 12, sorry, had to break that rule. It's just hard to find that many in a short amount of time. I'm a lazy bum.

Here's who I picked to receive the award:

Little C Makes Three

Such a fun idea!  I love how they are so customizable. Go check out  Stacia's Blog ASAP.

Nesting Instincts

It's so crisp and refreshing. I wish I was brave enough to do an all white room. Isn't that funny that it's brave to do all white? I should just do it because I love white so much. Thanks Courtney for the inspiration.

 Every Crafty Endeavor

Doesn't this look so light and delicious? Mmmm, looks like such a great mother's day cake. Tell all your husbands to make it for you. ;) You must check out Amanda's blog for the recipe and all the other fun things she has to offer.

I definitely will check out some of these blogs. BTW we had the pork chops and gravy last night for dinner. It was delicious. I also liked that it made the perfect amount for my family. I don't like making something and then having leftovers for days.
