Mom's Chicken Noodle Casserole
Preheat oven to 350
1 package of small pasta. (Bowtie, cavatappi, penne or any kind you want)
1 can of cream of mushroom/chicken soup
1 can of chicken or tuna or 1 cup of cooked chopped chicken
1 can of diced green chilies
1 cup of Mayo
1 cup of Cheese (your choice, I usually use cheddar)
Extra cheese for sprinkling on top. The amount is totally up to you.
Cook Noodles according to package directions.
Meanwhile mix soup, chicken, chilies, mayo and cheese in a bowl.
Combine noodles with chicken mixture. Spoon into a 9x13 inch pan.
Sprinkle on the extra cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for about 15 min or until cheese is melted on top.
This is my go to dinner when it's Sunday and I don't feel like fixing anything after church, or I have a pot luck to attend and I totally forgot, or when I need to take a meal to a family. Everybody I've ever given this to, loves it! I bet you will too.
